There doesn't seem to be much controversy on this site about the benefits of a faster running cadence but I saw this article on Reddit and thought it was interesting.

    So, run slower? I like that the article says that increased turnover "will also likely reduce braking force," without showing or referring to any observed data.

    This article summarizes a research study and provides links to that study. Nothing wrong with that.

    So 1 in 3 runners got injured. That's much higher than the 20-25% injury rate in most other studies of runners. I wonder why the difference..
