Request: Full Body Weight Training Tips

Hey guys,
1. How should we do weight training workouts? I know it’s bigger muscles first and small muscles last, but which order are the muscles in terms of size?
2. What weight training exercises or machines do you use for your Full Body workouts?
Please let me know when you have a chance. I’m adding full body to my workout routines.

Run an actual program. Starting Strength is a good one for beginners. Squats, Deadlifts, OHP, Bench, Cleans (though many if not most sub barbell rows).2

I'd suggest following a program as well or perhaps looking up a personal training gym. I've been going to a local small gym that only does personal training sessions. Workout is different every time and is full body. Typically we always hit quads, hamstrings, chest, abs, lower/upper back, biceps, triceps, and obliques.0

Start with a program. I did stronglifts 5x5. I now do my own version, but usually the order is squats, bench, ohp, deads...I do pull ups instead of rows and then add glute bridge.0
