Does it change? I just ate 1 cup of "chunked" extra firm tofu, reheated. I can't believe I just ate 8 ounces of tofu, but that's what Google is saying. Anyone have input?

1 cup (volume) of tofu is not 8 ounces (weight) of tofu. When I get a block of tofu, I cut it into the number of servings per container and then halve those servings. For example, trader joe's extra firm tofu is a 15oz (weight) block with 5 servings per block. So I will cut the block into 1/5s, then I will cut each 1/5 in half. Then when I go to eat tofu, I know that 2 slices are one serving and I normally eat 2 servings. Just from eye-balling it, I'd guess that 5-6 ounces (weight) would be 1 cup (volume) of tofu.0
