Hello, my name is Jenny and I am 100 pounds overweight. My goal is to lose 100 pounds by December of 2019. My starting weight is 228 lb. This is roughly 5-6 pounds a month. Sounds easy, right? If you or anyone you know has been in my position, please share your tips, tricks and motivation with me!

Hi there and welcome. I am hoping for a +45 pound weight loss, but am working towards my (first) 10 for now. I figure that'll take me to at least September when I hope to return to work. I've been off awhile with shoulder surgery and a wrist/hand injury.
I'm hitting my "reset button" for getting more fit and pain free. I'm also concentrating on the FUN aspect of getting more active. I'm "using" my dog and have recently started a very simple rebounder trampoline routine for balance and strengthening.
Have no idea how to add friends, but if you'd like you can add me. I am 55 this month and I live in Alaska.1 -
You can definitely do that. It’s a good goal. It will be life-changing but is very much achievable. I lost 50lbs once in 6 months and it didn’t seem that difficult at the time, once I got some good habits.1
