    It's cooked med/rare, sliced and then seared both sides. Not cooked well done LOL.

    It looks grey. Why would you cook then slice and sear again?

    I meal prep for 3 days and reheat at work. Slicing and searing is the only way that I found that allows me to eat quickly and reheat without the steak drying out.
