how to estimate calories burned from a one-hour arthritis aqua water class?

Any idea if I should even count this as using any calories? It's a water-based class for individuals with arthritis. It's not swimming, it's more like a combination of standing in chest-high/neck-high water either stretching, wading, doing leg circles under water for water resistance and buoyancy, etc. It's an hour-long class. (Side-note: the instructor was good and kept everyone moving the entire time).
Thanks in advance

In the cardio section there is a waterfit entry. Use that and maybe start with eating back 50% of the cals initially. Adjust up or down according to results.
(I do a regular aqua fit class and find the cal estimate accurate for me.)

Good advice. It is really difficult to estimate water-fit calories burned, whether for arthritis class or not. How much effort you put into each movement makes a difference. Good for you for moving. I hope it helps.0
