I was feeling really drained today, so I had to increase my intake. Listening to my body. My calorie intake was around 1200, but now that I’m running & working out almost daily I can feel my body saying it needs more fuel.

    Love your "listen to your body" mindstate. Definitely eat more if you feel overly hungry/fatigued and under energized. Fuel your performance. Something lost on most people. Your body will tell you more than a scale can.

    1200 calories isnt the most appropriate calorie goal for a lot of people

    Since I have started posting here I have truly learned to hate the number 1200. When used inappropriately it comes across to me as a punishment to pay for gained weight and the food choices associated with it are often devoid of joy.
