Back to where it all began...

I'm back...truly hoping that this time things stick. After a year's bout with plantar fascitis and then a severely sprained knee from skiing...and a return to the extremely poor eating habits I thought I had left behind, I regained all but 20 lbs of the 79 I originally lost. I have started again and I'm taking the slow and steady approach.

Anyone else had a major weight loss followed by a slide back into the abyss (due to injury or other issues) and have now fought their way back out? Looking for some inspiration.
