Heavy but don't show

Hey all
I am a girl, 173cm tall, and i am heavy as cement 104 kg, but everyone that sees me says i look 82kg tops. Now my dream is to become 70kg, i dont want to go any lower coz my bone structure is very wide. I have been consuming Whey protein and lifting weights for 2 years now, and i got the hour glass figure going, and the perky *kitten* and everything.
I wish i could show you a picture where u would see the incredible inconsistencies between the outside appearance and the number in the scale.
Is there anyway i can get myself to see the number 70 on the scale? And btw, i want slim arms but when i do the recommended work outs i end up looking like i want to pick a fight with everyone in the world, all puffed up and *kitten*.
Tanx for the help in advance

Don't fixate on a number on the scale. It sounds like you look good. Do you like the way you look? Go by what the mirror tells you and not the scale.

When i started my weight loss journey, i stored alot of fat in my arms, now i lose fat alllll over my body, but when it comes to arms i seem to gain muscle, so my arms are almost the same size, but the difference is, instead of all giggly and wobbly, they are just huge and firm. They are not a bit feminine.

I really try hard to do that, but when you get to the perfect weight formula, i get thrown in a category that i totally dont look like i belong to. Thats why i want to see a smaller number.

Help with what? If you want to lose weight you just need to eat in a deficit.

I have been in Plateau for the longest of time, dropped aloooot of weight when i started then everything shut down, changed the diet a 100 times. So i switched to body curving, everything is going fine except for a few fat lumps here and there, but now the number is back at bothering me again.
I am thinking about the 16:8 fasting diet, any thoughts on that?

What the heck does that mean? What is a perfect weight formula and what category are you talking about?

Edit - also if you want flabby arms instead of muscular arms just don't work them.

The thing is, unless you have slim arms now, without any resistance training, there is a high chance they will be higher in bodyfat as you lose, so basically you will have the same arms as you do now, maybe slightly smaller, but no guarantee they will look slim how you want them to look without working them. Even Victoria's Secret models work their upper body with weights or some kind of bodyweight training.

Any pics of these muscular massive arms of yours? We all tend to be our own worst critics. I imagine you just store a bit of fluff there - as many woman do. My wife, for example, tends to store a lot of flab in her upper arms. They are solid (she lifts) but not very defined...ie they are covered in fluff. I imagine, there is probably some swelling and water retention from lifting going on and tightness from that and the "pump". You don't accidentally get huge manly arms as a woman. Heck, a lot of women who lift hard and heavy and focus on hypertrophy never really get anywhere close to what I'd consider "manly" and remain very feminine. There are exceptions of course, but those women worked purposefully for those results and it takes years of consistent effort, a well designed program and proper nutrition.

I wasn't trying to be rude, it's just that if you exercise your arms, they may look too muscular to you. If you don't exercise them and lose weight, they might be smaller, but will most likely be somewhat flabby. It could be that instead of having too much fat on your arms making them look too big, you have too little, making them too defined. We have no way of knowing.

As for the ideal body weight formula, that's just a guide and does not take into account bone structure or muscle mass. The ideal weight for 10 different individuals the same height is going to vary for each one. Don't let a formula dictate whether you are happy with yourself or not. Do you like what you see in the mirror (other than your arms)? Make sure you are within a healthy BMI range and then from there go by the mirror.

Edit - I just put in your stats to get your BMI, so more than likely your arms look big due to excess fat. Go in small chunks and re-evaluate at each mini-goal. You may decide you are happy at a weight above 70kg.

I guess we in nature tend to beat ourselves up to fit in a frame that is not our own thinking that it will provide the perfect picture of us.
I will continue my weight loss journey and keep training, and will always try to keep a positive image of myself.

Eat at a caloric deficit. Weigh your foods/measure to ensure that you are eating at a deficit. That's really all there is to weight loss. I always look lighter than I weigh on a scale too. But what does that matter?

I dont know, i guess with the scale, its similar to stage fright. I will try to kick it off.

This isn't actually a thing...there's no such thing as an "ideal weight" because you can't account for different frames, muscle mass, etc with a singular "ideal weight"

You're hung up and comparing yourself to something that isn't real.

I have a friend and we're both the same height @ 5'10". He has a very slight frame and very little muscle mass and is very skinny. He weighs about 150. I have a larger frame and while not hugely muscular, far more muscle mass than he has and around 15% BF...definitely not fat, but not "skinny" either. We both have completely different bodies and carry different amounts of muscle and fat...what is ideal for him would leave me looking extremely ill and I would have to burn a lot of muscle mass of to even get there...
