hi brain - stop being stupid. thanks.

the last couple of days I'd get home at about 10pm from a long day of work (where I well managed to get more than my steps in, thank you very much) and my brain goes "you know what'll be good for you right now? go on a run! it's 1030 at night, you'll probably get mugged - go ahead fatty, run like your life depended on it - it'll be great for us!

Like, hi, can you be motivated to "go for a run" at a time where you know...maybe I won't be murdered, thanks.

stupid brain.

It’s almost like better late than never though. Better have my brain say run than no run at all!

Getting mugged or stay inside. YouTube has great workouts. Or get out early in the daylight.

I live alone in Brooklyn. Went for a run at 3:30 am recently. Meh. I don't think about getting murdered and my street looks like hell.

I have serious problems sleeping if I exercise late at night. And I pay for it the next day.
