I recently started training every, wanting to get into shape fast. I'm currently overweight, started with walking before got to training.

I weighed 234.6 starting the routine, losing weight and went static ever few days or gain weight when my body tries to adept when recovering. Then today, suddenly dropped to 223.4, being a complete shock. However, everything I am doing noticed giant changes doing activities. My routine is hybrid between muscle building and flexibility. I start my week out with core, having a little bit of plyomatrics and yoga; next day move to cardio, some circuits and a little bit of kenpo; next day go into strength training arms and shoulders, abs workout next; the next day hot/cold yoga; afterwards do back, legs and abs workout a little bit of yoga; afterwards do kenpo, plyomatrics, and yoga. Finally rest day, doing cold yoga + stretches on recovery day.

    Give it time, pace yourself, and don't fixate on "fast" results.
