The lower abdomen is always so wobbly and there’s a band around it of water retention
It’s ripples so it’s not fat but it shrinks down again when are hungry or after waking up from sleep is this sodium trapped sodium ions causing this all ever do is flush the body with water
Is it true everybody regardless of genetics has six pack or abs just need to lose enough weight to see them ie 16 per cent body fat or whatever
Is it true that there everyone has abs but will never see them for fat around them
Can’t control where the body burns fat only help it along but the lower half of abdomen is always jiggly body just won’t shred fat there

Abs will mostly come from low enough bodyfat%, but also muscle base and genetics. This post should help

Every physically normal person has abdominal muscles. If they didn't, they couldn't sit/stand up.

Not everyone has well-developed enough abdominal muscles that they would look like a six pack if they just managed to lose enough body fat.

Fat can ripple, especially if we've lost some weight so the fat mass is partially depleted and kind of squishy, but yes, we can also have water weight. Mine usually isn't concentrated enough in one place to ripple, but maybe it's different for women.

Some people have well-developed enough abdominal muscles to have a six pack, but they still have too much body fat for those abdominal muscles to show.
Some people's genetics are such that they're probably never going to have a six pack, either because of how their particular musculature is configured, or how their minimally healthy level of body fat is distributed.

    This is a good thread:

Sorry... just an old expression that just means that the picture isn't too clear. ;)
