English Girl wanting to change her life

Hi, I'm from the North West of England. I am 5ft 4 1/2 and currently weigh 198lbs and I'm extremely unhappy. - MY IDEAL is 140lbs I was 223lbs but my weight loss seems to have stalled somewhat. I need to lose weight...badly, for myself and my 23 month old son. I have been on this site for 17 days it is really helping me keep track of what I eat/drink. Add me if you like. I'm a relative newbie
