How do I log this exercise?

Don't be put off by the feminine look, I work hard yhere and had my assessment today so now I'm doing heavier stuff.

It's machines that use resistance in a circuit over 30 minutes and you do your set number of reps in each plus 2 lots of mat work.

I'm averaging 15-20 kilos of resistance on each machine. Mat work are crunches and squats etc.

I was using calasthenics but its more like strength training (correct me if I'm wrong) I walk out of there sweating and I ache like mad the next day.

Any insights will be appreciated
