    My goals is to be consistent and get under 200lbs before my birthday in September.

    how are you going to achieve that goal, my long term goal is to lose 80 lbs by May, 2019. Short term is to be under 250 by year end. I'm currently at 293 after starting at 305

    My plan is to keep my carbs low 30 grams or less and only drinks water, coffee, tea. Also I will be included Apple cider vinegar in my beverages, working out at least 4 times a week, stop eating after 8pm or early, no alcohol, and to get at least 7 hours of rest each day.
