Finding Your Balance

Last night I was watching Extreme Weight Loss and they were talking about finding your "balance". I have been struggling with my weight for 33 years. I have tried several diet plans, exercise plans, not dieting, not exercising, etc.....I know a lot of you have gone through the same things. For those of you who found your "balance" could you explain to me how you did that. I know everyone is different but I so tired of trying that I'm to the point of just giving up for good. Any suggestions or stories we be so appreciated. Thank you!
