You can eat heaps of sugary stuff and greasy stuff and BACON without anyone staring at you.
It is fact.
And more seriously, why are people so obsessed with that breakfast thing today? You're hungry in the morning, you eat. You're not hungry in the morning, give me your bowl of Frosted Flakes. Simple.

I can eat that stuff anytime and nobody will stare at me. They know my love for bacon and ice cream and they know I will kick their *kitten* if they try to say anything.0 -

Just reinforcing your Scientific Findings.
There is a reason why it's Break Fast....you've been without nutritional intake for 6-8 hours (most folks) and you're hungry because you've been without food for hours! Heavy breakfast full of protein and nutritional food (you know...like Bacon and Frosted Flakes) is exactly what you should be having.0 -
I can't think of getting up in the morning and recharging my body with a lot of black coffee and a hearty healthy breakfast.0

I don't know, I always force myself to eat at least a yogurt or so in the morning, or a glass of orange juice. I'm always less hungry during the day if I had a good breakfast. I am never really hungry in the morning though.0
