I’ve done this 100 times! Lost the weight before but then fell apart and put it all on + more.. to the point I have just over 7.5 stone to lose! In desperate need of motivational friends as my support system at home is virtually none existent! Please feel free to add me 😊

I’m in the same boat as you! I’ve had trouble maintaining a 50lb weight loss I had back in 2011. I was running, ate clean, minimal alcohol. Since hitting that ideal weight, I’ve fluctuated quite a bit. Can’t seem to stay at a sustainable level of health and wellness. I just started tracking my meals again 8 days ago on here. We can do this! My biggest issue is overeating due to stress.... I still have yet to figure that one out completely! Good luck to you!0
