How do I stay motivated when I don’t see a physical difference?

I’ve lost almost 30 pounds now since December yet I’m still in the same pants and I don’t see much of a difference in my “progress pics”. The only noticeable thing I’ve seen is my face shrinking as well as my boobs by 3 sizes...
I’m feeling like my belly won’t budge at all!!

I think you look wonderful. There is a significant difference between the before and after. Sometimes our brains just need time to catch up even when looking at photos. Keep doing what you're doing and it'll come off. The stomach is often the last place for people to lose so consistency is key (but it does already look slimmer). You'll get there. Well done so far!0

Not so much progress? Have you ever looked at your back/booty? Even your belly seems straightend and the inner thighs too. Great difference though!0

You can definitely see a difference! I find measuring myself really helps me feel like I'm making progress. Maybe give that a shot!0

Wow, there is a BIG difference in your before and after pics! Your weight loss is most definitely visible (we really are our cruelest enemy in that respect!). Congratulations, keep at it!0

Definite and significant difference.
...But I find having a few different goals at any given time helps - I'm currently trying to improve:-- My 2km rowing time
- My 5km running time
- My blood pressure figures
- My weight
- My bodyfat % (according to some flakey scales to which I don't lend much credence)
- My max pull up count
- My deadlift 1RM
- My visible weight loss and bodyshape
- etc etc
