Well, Pals, once again I've been called out for being too harsh in my training critique. My Friends, I am a fitness professional who has helped MANY MANY great clients reach their goals and build bodies they didn't think possible. I NEVER speak to offend or, heaven forbid, cause you to lose motivation. No, just the opposite. My life's mission is to help as many folks as I can. Whether you're goal be weight loss, muscle building or just becoming fit, it's not rocket science; however, it IS work and it DOES require a total reprogramming of your way of thinking. That's why, I say, 'Diet' is a four letter word that I never want to hear. Remember, studies have proven that the average 154 pound person will burn roughly 115 calories in a vigorous 30 min of resistance training, and that means a truly vigorous (workout cell phone or iPod breaks), non-stop 30 minutes! For truly vigorous Cardio, ie running, consistent fast pace walking, or any such truly aerobic activity, that burn rate can go as high as 400 calories, but be truthful with yourself. Are you REALLY giving 110%? The average gym goer will start the clock, the second he or she hits the exercise floor and will not stop the clock when they stop for drink breaks, stop to check email, or even when taking time to check and record exercises. Believe it or not, the average person will spend and actual 34 minutes, actually training, while on the floor for 1 hour! All this means that a TRULY solid hour of training will burn one burger with no cheese or dressings. And, it takes a calorie deficit of 3,500 to lose 1 pound! What that means is that, if you're goal is weight loss, all the Cardio in the world will not, alone, do it. No, the word is 'nutrition,' nutrition,' 'nutrition!'

Like I said, I'm not trying to de-motivate or say anything negative. You are ALL my Pals, and I care for nothing more than your success. So PLEASE be honest, with yourself, in your record keeping, devote a full 110% to your training and adjust your eating habits. I PROMISE, you will be SO INCREDIBLY pleased with yourself; and with this great feeling, you'll find that you will be ABSOLUTELY addicted to your new lifestyle, and most importantly, SO very happy with YOURSELF and the way you look and feel.

This October will be the tenth anniversary of my total transformation, and to be honest, I now give as much thought to my training and nutrition as I do breathing, because it has just become so natural!❤️💪👍

Keep up the PHENOMENAL work, my Pals, and as always...

Stay 'Healthy' My Friends!👍✌️❤️💪🤙oo34b57t9dzv.jpeg
