Motivation for 20 pound weight loss!

Hi team!
My name is Claire and I’m a 20 year old binge eater. I’m 5’1.5 and after tonight I’ll probably be clocking in at just under 140 pounds.
I’ve gained 17 pounds in the last 3 months. Yikes.
I need to get myself back to being healthy- I don’t feel like myself and I can’t do the activities I love.
Physically and psychologically, this weight and these habits are holding me back from relationships, experiences, academic and occupational engagement, and general confidence and enjoyment of life.
My ideal weight (which I was at about 6mo ago) is about 117-120 pounds.
I was extremely fit and active only months ago, before adrenal fatigue, a fractured foot, extreme stress and an overwhelming work load, and then this binge eating threw me into being overweight.
I’m hoping to find ways to update and get some support on here during my journey!

I’d love to know where and how you guys best do that on here, and also if anyone has any good tips for managing stress and overwhelment without turning to food.
