Starting agian

I have been on the health and fitness roller coaster. I stay on a delicious protein diet for a couple months, and workout and all. Then wham!! Whilst I still workout and lift weights, I start eating like crap. Needless to say I don’t gain the stomach back, just in my hips and butt. Also I recently got on the deposit shot, I work full time thirds as a caregiver, I have four kids seven and under, and my husband works too. So I guess stress takes a hole. So now I’m starting over, and I plan on not quiting..

Don't plan on not quitting, make a plan you don't want to quit. I suspect that delicious protein diet isn't as delicious as you tell yourself it is.0
