Nothing like being 38 realizing almost 40 still haven't gotten to my 199 goal. I'm at 250 or so. I got down to 210 once lost steam, rollercoadtered different weights. Now that I'm getting little wiser and mellowing on my ptsd, I really want to tackle this goal. I was so close to giving up this summer but instead I took a break and now I want to tell my weight who's boss. Please ADD ME for mutual support. I'm no pro but I'll be here usually. I've lost 100 pounds at one time and I want to loose at least 50 more to go. My issue is eating balanced meals not gorging on empty calories when I'm in a mood 😋I need to change the way I think and instead tell myself I'm worth taking care of right.
