I need to lose weight
Im not motivated.
I like food.
I work 3rd shift & that makes keeping a routine hard for me.
Open to suggestions & tips.

    Take it one day at a time. One meal at a time if you have to. Don't let one slip up ruin your day/week/month. If your work schedule makes it tough to exercise then just focus on eating less calories for now. Small changes will add up over time. You can do this!

    It’s horrible on your is circadian rhythm.

    I have worked third shift too. I actually lost a lot weight when I did. Maybe this will help.
    Try making your food ahead of time in batches so you don’t have to choose when you’re tired and hungry.
    Go directly to gym after work then go home and go to bed.
