    weights 3 times a week
    Run 10k 3 times a week
Cycle for fun 2 times a week
Commute to work by bike 4 times a week
    Yoga 2 times a week

that leaves me with 1hr spare workout time a week, that I fill with whatever I am in the mood for

Workout 30 mins a day, 6 days a week. Workout varies as I'm doing a pre-scheduled HIIT program.

Otherwise very sedentary. Desk job and stationary hobbies

Twice a week in the gym. Hike once a week on average. I'm not a big gym person.

I lift 3x per week which is the only thing I do in the gym. I walk my dog most mornings and try to get in a good amount of general activity throughout the day...usually around 10K steps. I cycle 3-4x per week and also enjoy some hiking and rock climbing here and there.

Mon - walk dog AM/Lift PM
Tue - walk dog AM/Cycle PM (10-12 miles)
Wed - walk dog AM/Lift PM
    Thurs - walk dog AM
Fri - walk dog AM/bike commute to work (20 miles)
Sat - walk dog AM/bike commute to gym to lift (20 miles)
Sun - open day...maybe a ride, maybe a hike, maybe some rock climbing...maybe some Netflix.

Arms, abs & legs, every other day! So that if I've to miss a day, I'll get it done another day & without'ving to attempt to double my exercising or admit defeat!

Lately it’s been five days a week. Two days lifting only, two days lifting and cardio, one day cardio only.
