Hi, I am about to start the keto diet. Some thoughts on process etc would be helpful

    Have you researched keto to understand it and to know what foods/meals you can eat? What made you decide to do it?

    Get some proper research in before you undertake it, it's important to ensure you're getting adequate electrolytes, etc. I think there are a couple of keto groups in the community if you search that can give you some guidance.
