New, looking for motivation & friends

Good morning, my name is Crystal. I am new here and started tracking calories and exercising last week. I have counted calories off and on in the past but recently had a baby. I would like to lose 30-40 lbs. Feel free to add me, any motivation or advice would be greatly appreciated! 😊

I’m back for like the 5 th time. I really need some major support. I have minimum of 70 lbs to lose. Seems impossible but I’m ready to try.

Oh my gosh yes lol, I am so glad that I am doing this. Even though it is tough at first, its getting so much easier. Im excited to see a fit future me lol0 -
