Im in keto. Day 6 and 6lbs lost!! Im struggling to keep my protein down though... any ideas?? No matter what i eat my protein is still over 120grams a day and fat is similar... with my macros arround 65% fat 30% protein and 5% carb.

Feel great though, i struggled at first but now feel awake and full even if i haven't eaten.
