Hi Everyone!

I didn't even realize I hadn't introduced myself. My name's Nathan and I'm embarking on a journey of total reformation. Currently, I'm a Ketonian, and moved away from my Paleo diet a month ago. I am very active, a run 4-5 times a week averaging about 3 miles a run, and do weightlifting/circuit training as well. I've dropped 2 sizes in a month's time. I wish all of you the best of luck on your healthy life journey. If I can inspire or help anyone, that would be another goal achieved!
