I've been using a lot of excuses lately. My current MFP friends are wonderful. I'm just looking for more friends that are truly committed. Let me say this again... COMMITTED. Not PERFECT. I have had days (up to 10 I believe) where I haven't logged in or logged my food. But I get right back up and try again. That's how I view commitment.
I mess up.. I eat like a PIG sometimes and there are days when I have to battle to NOT let myself use my depression/anxiety has an excuse to remain fat. But I refuse to give up. I just need friends who will get back up when they fall and would like support and give support in return. Just people who are like minded.. or non-judgmental but honest. Guys or girls it doesn't matter. New users or veterans, I don't care.
I'm 5'6, started MFP around 295 and I'm now around 256 (give or take a few lbs since this last months I've been eating awful).
I LOVE MFP and I hope I make some more good friendships

I am a daily logger - I do not log all my meals but manage to at least log one meal a day - most days I do alright... I am a truthful logger too - so alcohol and ben and jerrys - oh and Famous Amos cookies... yeah those are in my diary...
