New here, but not new to working hard

Hi everyone. It’s my first day here. I’ve been a long-time MyPlate user (years!), but something wonky is going on over there. So here I am. I’ve recently gained back a lot of weight that I had kept off for years, primarily due to poor coping with some recent traumatic losses. So, it’s a starting over of sorts. JERFing, running, lifting. I’d love to find some accountability and motivation here. Here’s to us, y’all!
