Hi, all. I’m getting back into healthy eating and working out. Trying something new for me. I’m adding strength training to my usual cardio workouts. Down 9 pounds so far. 91 to go!

    Hello Everyone! Have been 3 weeks transitioning into keto because we made a major grocery run 2 days before I decided to change my way of eating. I was skeptic at first, but I feel so much better. No aches or pains, most of the time. I have an autoimmune disorder causing back pain, but it is reduced. I do have alot to lose, but I feel that is a benefit of my new way of eating for my health. So far though, I'm down 7.7lb.
