I wanted to bump this for later to finish reading and also to add that I am happy to see a study from University of Tennessee...Everytime I read something it has another big university, I like that it shows the one I went to. (weird that I like that, but still)0

Nice article. Glad to see that the SuperFoods list has expanded. I also like one poster's take on 1% milk.
I ate numbers 3, 9, 11, 12, 18, 19 and 25 today alone. I usually eat all the others sometime during my week.
