hurt & worried?

5'4, 160 lbs - ish.

Maybe less, I tend to obsess on the numbers... Thats a HUGE fault and hindrance for my weight loss journey. Husband finally chucked the scale - thank goodness.

I play lots of soccer (4 games a week +/-) hot yoga 2-3 times a week and personal trainer once a week. Until last week. I sprained my wrist.... they casted it as a precaution in case its a scaphoid fracture. I'm being optimistic though.

So now, I'm worried about exercise. I"ve been cautioned about it getting sweaty and stuff. So what do I do? Reduce my calories to1000??!
And post cast removal, I am nervous about strength of the wrist,

I guess I'm just looking for motivation and a pity party :(
