Back and looking for friends

I was on here a few years ago and did great! I lost tons of weight through diet and exercise.

Then work got really stressful and long story short, I experienced a burn out and with it, developed major depression and severe anxiety. Along with the burnout came the weight gain. It took me way longer than I'd like to realize how badly it affected me and my life. I put on nearly 80 lbs. Which fueled the depression and the horrible eating and I found myself trapped in a horrible cycle.

Recently, I have been diagnosed with hypoglycemia and the tendency to gravitate towards sugary foods when depression flares is problematic, to say the least. Combine that with my torn meniscus (it's making it incredibly difficult to workout) and I have a wonderful recipe for disaster.

I have over 200 lbs to lose and am looking for some friends to help motivate me to stick with it this time.
