New to MFP & Keto. And from NZ.

My girlfriend got me onto this site & Im loving it!

Started the keto diet last week & finding its working well for me. Haven t felt like I'm missing out, or even that hungry.
Down 5kg so farm which is awesome, but still a long way to go.
Have only been walking 40-45 minutes 5 mornings a week so far. But will be getting back into weights next week and as my ankle improves, recovering from Achilles tendonitis, I will start jogging with the aim of running 6km each morning :)

Keen to stay motivated & on track :)
