Protein, Macros, Carbs and No Red Meat

Hi, everyone. I know there is a lot of information available here but I don't have a lot of time to search through everything and read all the posts I want to. So, have patience, please

In tracking macros, I'm supposed to eat a lot of protein and very little carbs. I used the IIFYM website to calculate. I didn't make any custom adjustments. This fits my metabolic type nicely, though, because I've always preferred protein to carbs. Don't get me wrong- I have an intense sweet tooth, and I love pasta, but it doesn't keep me going. Oatmeal and apples make me super hungry.

I don't eat red meat, and I'm starting to shy away from pork products as well. Furthermore, I'm not a fan of beans. How on earth am I supposed to hit 34 grams of protein per 5 meals (184 grams a day) plus keep my carbs at 19 grams per day? Is this where protein shakes come in? And is there any way to do this and stay full and within desired calories?

Thanks for your help.

Chicken, turkey, tuna (other fish also), cheese, eggs, mayo, oils, nuts. If you're craving carbs, eat spinach or chia/flax seeds.

    (I'm on Keto.)

Poultry, seafood, eggs. These are all high protein with little/no carbs. But yes, you could supplement with protein powder if you prefer.

I don't eat red meat or pork either and I get lots of protein on a daily basis. Fish, nuts, almonds, chicken, turkey, eggs, an occasional protein shake (I use soy milk which is just as high in protein as whole milk) and pasta would consist of much of diet. For the record, I don't care for beans either and don't really eat them.

Thank you! I may be feeling slightly overwhelmed. Also trying to figure out how the heck to start strength training, but that's another thread
