Morning all - this is day 60 for me, but day 1 in the community. I've tried weighwatchers and found it a big scam, slimming world looks not much better so I'm going it alone, so far 19lbs in 10 weeks, I've another 58lbs to lose to get to what I feel is a decent weight. I'm struggling though with exercise :-(

Welcome! Just counting calories was a gamechanger for me, so I found MFP extremely helpful. Good job on those 19 pounds! Keep in mind that even though exercise is good for you, you can indeed lose weight without exercise, and that losing weight can make it easier to exercise.1
