You've heard these things a far enough times I'm sure but here it goes:

Motivation is temporary. You will have days where you just dont want to do it and it will never change regardless of where you go in your journey. The act of doing something despite not feeling it is what will lead you to success in losing your weight, having that discipline to say no to those oreos or whatever your kryptonite may be.

Losing weight isnt going to change your life completely. losing weight in conjunction with working on other areas in your life will be what changes your life.

Depression and Anxiety will not go away if you're already prone to them, it will just get easier to manage and alleviate a lot of the symptoms especially if you exercise which will help tremendously.

Finding love. You will not find someone to love and spend your life with, that will happen when it just so happens. Dont think losing weight will just help you find the love of your life, it doesnt work that way. You should focus on loving yourself through just accepting yourself. Nobody can make you happy only you can. Someone should add onto your life, not be your entire world.

Anyways, maybe this post is stupid, no idea but this is what I've realized through my own personal journey and struggles. Some of these things are preached a lot but seems to be forgotten.
