I see so many posts about people being frustrated that they are not losing weight, lack motivation, etc...I truly believe that we need to make it about health...not vanity. Yes, we all want to look good but being healthy and happy is the most important thing. If we turn our thoughts to being as healthy as we can, the rest falls into place. Eat healthy food that nourishes your body, be good to your heart and move. You have been given this one life and one body. Treat it well. Whatever you do each day, think how it affects your body. Everything you eat, think how it will affect your body. If we just think about being healthy...

I agree.
Plus everything you think affects your body as well. Constant stress and worry can take a toll on one's health. It's OK to have some stress and worry but chronic exposure to such things weakens your body. Realistically we can't be in the "Everything is awesome" Lego movie state of mind all the time but having a positive outlook will help you ride out the big waves life throws at you.
One other thing to think about is everyone ages. It's part of being alive. I will never look like I did when I was younger and that is OK be the best you that you can be at any age.1
