Apple Watch Move Goal

Those with Apple Watches - just curious what's your daily move goal currently? How long did it take to build up to that? Do you meet it regularly? How much of that for you is intentional exercise?
For me, I started with a goal of 400 active calories back in April. Since I started regularly exercising later that month, it bumped up pretty quickly to 580 and now to my current goal of 680. I've met that every day this month so far and nearly every day in June (only missed 2 days). Only a few days away from the 100 days making move goal Achievement. Typically about half my daily goal is from intentional exercise.
My trainer, who understandably is on his feet most all the day, has a goal up near 1500.

I'm at around 560 or so, but no intentional exercise really counts for me since I use a different tracker for running and boxing/kickboxing aren't something fitness trackers really work super well for, so I don't bother trying to wear my watch under wraps and gloves.

I'm set at 470 which I easily meet most days but isn't unreasonable if I wanted to have a more restful day. I would never get to that if I didn't get up and do some yard work or go for a really long walk or something, so I like that it covers me for what I consider a 'rest' day but not a complete sit on my *kitten* day, as Apple's model doesn't really encourage those.1

It would also be interesting to add current weight when sharing numbers -- largely because someone who is at 200 pounds and has X move goal may have a higher move goal than someone lighter... but that heavier person is burning more calories through the same activities.0

400, but I can usually hit double that on a work day0

Mines at 540 which I usually hit. Unless it’s one of those days I get stuck in meetings and such. Hate those days.0

Mine is currently 560, it’s doable but only if I make it a point to work out. I won’t hit just from my normal day to day activities. I am currently at 657 days in a row of hitting my goal. I am determined to keep my streak going, so it motivatation for me to complete a workout every day. It varies what I do, but I do something everyday.0
