Calories - should I increase to keep losing?

I’ve been on 1200 calories since I started in April - I recently increased by 50 calories - I’ve been hovering between 1-1.5lb gain/loss and am wondering what’s my best approach? Any suggestions?

It depends, ideally you need to lose within 0.3%-1% of your bodyweight per week.0
