So I now have a swollen lymph node that is super painful. Pretty sure it’s from all the toxins being cleaned out of my body along with possibly allergies. Really want to cut thing out of my neck right now!

You should probably go see your doctor.

You only have toxins in your body if your excretory system isn’t working properly. If this were the case, you’d be very ill.

Your swollen lymph node is likely caused by an infection, like a cold or perhaps a sore near the lymph node. If it doesn’t go away soon, see a doctor.

I get swollen lymph nodes all the time, sometimes when my body is fighting the virus that causes my cold sores. (I and every one of my siblings got them from our mom. Thanks, Mom!) Your body is likely ramping up its production of white blood cells to fight something off. Probably a cold or a sinus or ear infection. Take a Tylenol or an aspirin, apply a warm compress to the lymph node, and get some rest. It'll probably go down within the next week or two.
