I’m a binge eater, it’s always my downfall. When I’m bored I eat, when I’m watching movies I eat... 😭etc

The way to break these cycles of binge eating is to sit down with someone, face-to-face. The earlier in life you can do this the further ahead you will be. Dieting doesn't fix binge eating or thrill eating. It only adds to the stress. A medical pro can guide you towards a tolerance and indifference for cravings, food triggers. It is a muscle that will grow stronger with use. We can learn to moderate ourselves and moderate food choices.4

I believe it’s just a habit, I wouldn’t call it an eating disorder. I like to eat... all the time.
My brain doesn’t tell me when to stop... I don’t get any cues from my body to stop...0 -
Oh, I'm pretty sure your brain tells you to stop. But it also tells you to go on. And your body can handle more food than you need to just survive from day to day. And there's plenty of food around. That's why weight management is difficult. You have to set boundaries for yourself, but not be so strict that you break.3

Same problem easily eat about 5k calories in one sitting I am mad at myself but still do it makes no sense1
