New to MFP, but not new to counting, keeping track of "points" (On Weight watchers, etc)...Looking to become more active on this site and community...I need to be more consistent!! Consistency is my main issue...I do well for a few days or even a couple of weeks, then . "Bang"...Back to not tracking, etc...So, the 10 lbs or so keeps leaving and coming back...Like a boomerang or an unwelcome pet...Anyway...Thats MY story...Hi Everyone!!

Welcome! Maybe it can be useful for you to remind yourself that tracking is just a tool to eat less? Like brushing teeth is to avoid cavities, or something, anything - so you can get into a routine where logging your food is something you just do without asking yourself if you "feel like it today".1
