I’m not new to MyFitnessPal, but I’ve never added friends. How do I do that?
I’m Ashley. I’m 34 years old, 5’8”, 155 lbs. I’ve put on 15 pounds in the last year or so, and I’m working on working them off.

if you go into the help section it tells you how to invite friends via the app or website
