I've got a recipe I'm making tonight that involves marinating the chicken in yogurt and spices prior to cooking it. Anyone know a good way to log this? I know the chicken is going soak up some of the marinade, but not a ton.

I would personally just weigh what’s left before and after and round it to 25%,50% ect. If that makes sense. If the rest of your logging is up to par this “guesstimate”shouldn’t make a big difference.0

An alternative to weighing the marinade before and after marinating (which would work) is to make a sauce out of the marinade and eat it (obviously cook it because it's had chicken sitting in it
); that way you could just log the whole lot or whatever percentage of the total you eat
