Hi, new starter in need of support

Hi everyone. My name is Kelly. I'm 38 and I'm from Surrey, just outside London.

I have 4 amazing children, 3 boys and a girl. I also have a great career in the NHS, including working in London and having amongst many great sights Big Ben as a great office view.

My health isnt so great lately and the weight is to blame for so much of it. Due to various issues including chronic asthma I find myself on regular medication which has recently led to the toughest 3 weeks. I have had C Diff and its really given me no choice but to evaluate my diet.

So here I am!!
