Exercises for an injured ankle

I landed on my ankle wrong doing squat jumps during my workout Friday. It's been super sore and I've had limited range of motion with it today. I'm resting it the best I can so I can go back to my workout class on Tuesday. Does anybody know any ankle free workout moves I can do at home in the meantime? I normally walk 3-5 miles on my off days, but I don't think I'll be able to do it.

    That sounds awful.

    It may not be the thing you are looking for, but there are plenty of seated workout bids on YouTube. Or weight exercises.

    I broke my ankle a while ago and used things like that

    Thanks! I don't know why I didn't think to check YouTube. I'll check it out. I just don't want to be doing nothing while waiting for my ankle to feel better.

    Do you have dumbbells? Do all upper body, some core, and maybe leg lifts.
