Hello everyone i am here to introduce my self and hopefully i can make some friends with the same goal to loose weight. 3 months ago I used to eat alot of meats specially carnitas,
Pork costillas and chicharones. That was almost on a daily basis. All of my meals were prepared ouside home. Up untill 3 months ago I made the strong decision to cut back on all corn tortillas and all those yummy meats. So began to eat mostly veggies some fruits, chicken, fish and salmons. Doing this in a balanced more healthy eating went from 240 to now 193. At 240 felt tired and now i feel more energized. My goal is to be around 160 and I just turned 38 all are welcome tomadd me.
